Latest technology for the best taste and freshness

All our dishes are cooked in the Chef Tech Center gastronomic center in Jažlovice on the border of Prague and the Central Bohemian Region. The project is unique both in its applied technologies and in its scope — it combines high gastronomy with top solutions: vacuum cooking, slow cooking and sous-vide, cook&chill, fastercold or Variovac packaging technology.

Thanks to this, we can flexibly adjust the cooking methods and times, packaging and preservation of food, maintaining maximum freshness and thus avoiding waste. We are fulfilling the dream of brand founder Filip Sajler of a farm-to-table approach, a circular economy and resource sustainability.

Sustainable packaging

Smart, efficient distribution and boxes made of polypropylene — one of the few plastics that is actually sorted and recycled in the Czech Republic.

Cost-saving

Compared to the canteen, there is no need to invest in the kitchen, staff, or technology. The basic flat rate covers the regular delivery, inspection and management of the refrigerator, it is only paid for the meals actually taken.
