Who is the administrator?

The administrator is Innovation Lab a.s., with its registered office at Pražská 673, Miřetice u Klášterce nad Ohří, 431 51 Klášterec nad Ohří, ID No: 218 96 381, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, Section B, File 2957 (hereinafter referred to as “Admin“).

We process your personal data as a controller, i.e. we determine how the personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and we select any other processors who will assist us with the processing.

We declare that as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Act and the GDPR, and therefore that:
We will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular a legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation or consent granted, we fulfill the information obligation in accordance with Article 13 GDPR before the start of the processing of personal data, we will enable and support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights under the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

We process the personal data below for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

  • if you are our customer, on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news for 3 years from the last order

  • we process your personal data in the categories of identification, contact and electronic data
  • we process your name, surname, gender (from surname), e-mail address and cookie data (see below); these personal data may be assigned to the name of the company for which you work or represent, if they are to be contacted primarily by this company
  • The purpose of processing is to send inspiring offers to third parties or to use the email address for example for remarketing and targeting advertising on Facebook, Instagram and other social networks and Google services
