CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR ANALYST/GUIDE for EAT SMART

Therefore, we are looking for Customer Behavior Analyst/Analystthat can connect data, creativity and taste to take our customer experience to a new level.

What awaits you with us?

• Analyze customers to find out what they really want and turn it into tailored campaigns
• Trends detection — why customers keep coming back, what pleases them and what discourages them
• Preparation of personalized campaigns (emails, push notifications, etc.) — from idea to launch to evaluation
• Testing and optimization — A/B tests, communication scenarios, suggestions for improving the customer journey
• Reporting & recommendations with clear steps to increase retention, CLV and customer satisfaction
• Cooperation on campaigns and strategy with Marketing, Business Development and external partners

How do you interest us?

• You enjoy numbers and know how to find a story in them, not just data — they help you plan and make decisions
• You have experience with CRM systems (preferably Customer.io, eWay) and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI)
• You are familiar with the B2C environment and know how to set up communication smartly and clearly
• Don't be afraid of new challenges and complete projects
• You are a professional in communication - you can consult with customers, colleagues and external partners
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovations is not lacking
