SERVICE TECHNICIAN for EAT SMART

We are EAT SMART — opening the door to the world of eating of the future! We bring a rich selection of quality and tasty dishes not only to offices and production companies, under the brand Onion Bistro, which was born in the heart of chef Filip Sajler and his team. We believe that even food in a box can be made tasty, honest and with an idea — like at home or in a restaurant. We combine the world of gastronomy with sophisticated technology and we want the customer experience to be as great as the food itself.

Our smart fridges ensure quality food is always at hand — in the office or in the factory. To make everything work like butter, we look for techniquewhich has a combination of hands I create — I think with my head — I solve with my heart.

What awaits you with us?

• You will be the main technical partner for our EAT SMART refrigerators — from preparation and testing to installation at the client
• You check the installation site, think through the route, test the connection and make sure everything is running
• When a problem arises, you quickly fix it or invent an upgrade
• You'll have an overview of every device online — monitor traffic, coordinate service, communicate with clients
• Help us create guides, manuals and efficient processes
• And as we grow, you train installation partners and look for ways to do things smarter and cheaper
• You will travel all over the Czech Republic - once a month office (Modletice u Prahy), 4 times a week with customers

What will interest us?

• Technical education (secondary school/university — ideally electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
• Experience in installation or service of technical equipment
• You can read technical documentation, work with tools and laptop
• B driving licence and the desire to travel — most of the work takes place “in the field”
• Autonomy, responsibility and the desire to seek solutions, not excuses.
• Bonus: orientation in IT networks or experience with electrical wiring
